If you are not 100% satisfied with your timepiece, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, the watch must be unworn, unaltered, and kept securely inside its original luxury holographic presentation box with all protective films intact.

Your purchase includes a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering any internal mechanical or dial animation defects. If it stops ticking perfectly under normal wear conditions, we will replace it free of charge.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to support@nekotikmouse.com with your Order Number and a clear photograph of the item's current condition.
2. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with our dedicated secure returns address.
3. Once your return package arrives and undergoes standard inspection, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.

⚠️ Cancellations & Modifications

Because we push for priority fulfillment, order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of purchase. Once an item is locked into our courier delivery queue, it cannot be recalled mid-transit.
